Seg\u00fan el Gobierno, \u201calrededor de 48% de la proforma es inversi\u00f3n social\u201d<br \/>QUITO \u2014 El Gobierno ecuatoriano present\u00f3 este lunes <b>una proforma presupuestaria para 2023 de US$31.503 millones ante la Asamblea Nacional, un 7% menor que la de 2022<\/b>. El ministro de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, Pablo Arosemena, entreg\u00f3 el documento al presidente del Legislativo, Virgilio Saquicela.<br \/><b>\u201cEs una proforma que tiene menos d\u00e9ficit fiscal y mayor inversi\u00f3n social\u201d<\/b>, adelant\u00f3 el ministro durante la presentaci\u00f3n. Asimismo, dijo que en esencia es una proforma que tiene \u201cmenos d\u00e9ficit fiscal y una mayor inversi\u00f3n social\u201d.<\/p><p>\u201cEs una proforma que ha sido pensada con la empat\u00eda social para generar el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico que el pa\u00eds <b>necesita<\/b>, es una herramienta de desarrollo, es la forma en que el Gobierno habla e interact\u00faa con la sociedad\u201d, anot\u00f3.<br \/><b>FACTORES QUE SE TOMARON EN CUENTA<\/b><\/p><p>La proforma contempla, adem\u00e1s, un <b>d\u00e9ficit fiscal de US$2.630 millones<\/b>, es decir, 2,14% del PIB que se prev\u00e9 que en 2023 sumar\u00e1 US$122.369 millones.
