<b>entreg\u00f3 una nueva serie de pron\u00f3sticos para las econom\u00edas de Am\u00e9rica Latina y para la regi\u00f3n misma<\/b>, revisando a la baja el desempe\u00f1o de algunos pa\u00edses.<\/p><p>Para la regi\u00f3n, <b>el organismo internacional prev\u00e9 una desaceleraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de un 4,0% en 2022 a un 1,6% en 2023<\/b>, revisando a la baja desde el 1,8% previsto en enero pasado.<br \/>\u201cLas presiones de precios que acompa\u00f1aron la pujante actividad econ\u00f3mica el a\u00f1o pasado parecen ya haber alcanzado su nivel m\u00e1ximo, <b>pero la inflaci\u00f3n subyacente se mantiene en niveles persistentemente elevados, perjudicando de manera desproporcionada a los hogares de ingresos bajos\u201d<\/b>, dijo el organismo.<br \/>Para el Ecuador, justamente, una leve revisi\u00f3n a la baja, <b>fijando un crecimiento del PIB para 2023 en 2,9%, frente al 3,0% de enero<\/b>, mientras que la inflaci\u00f3n para el mismo per\u00edodo ser\u00eda de 2,3% en el pa\u00eds.<\/p><p>Seg\u00fan este \u00faltimo informe de pron\u00f3stico, Ecuador estar\u00eda entre los de mayor expansi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica este a\u00f1o en Sudam\u00e9rica, <b>estando solo por detr\u00e1s de Venezuela (5,0%) y Paraguay (4,5%), mientras que los otros pa\u00edses crecer\u00e1n 2,4% o menos,<\/b> y Chile tendr\u00eda una contracci\u00f3n de -1,0%.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section para el pa\u00eds sudamericano es m\u00e1s optimista que la del propio Banco Central del Ecuador, <b>que en su \u00faltima revisi\u00f3n proyect\u00f3 un crecimiento del PIB de 2,6% este a\u00f1o, menor al 3,1% previsto.<\/b><br>As\u00ed mismo, la \u00faltima previsi\u00f3n del Banco Mundial (BM), publicada en los primeros d\u00edas de abril, proyect\u00f3 que la econom\u00eda ecuatoriana crecer\u00e1 3,0% en 2023, <b>tambi\u00e9n con una ligera revisi\u00f3n a la baja de 0,1% frente a la \u00faltima revisi\u00f3n.<\/b><br>William Maloney, jefe para Am\u00e9rica Latina del Banco Mundial, <b>dijo en su momento que la ca\u00edda en el pron\u00f3stico de crecimiento del PIB obedec\u00eda a la reducci\u00f3n en la inversi\u00f3n interna y extranjera,<\/b> como consecuencia tambi\u00e9n de la desaceleraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de los grandes socios comerciales del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Entre tanto, la Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe (Cepal), pronostic\u00f3 un crecimiento de tan solo 2,0% en la econom\u00eda del Ecuador en 2023, <b>una revisi\u00f3n de siete puntos porcentuales por debajo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
